Michelle Sullivan earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education in 1994. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1999. While in law school, Michelle was a Production Editor and a published member of the University of Dayton Law Review.
Work Experience
Before attending law school, Michelle worked as a high school English teacher. She began working for Allotta, Farley & Widman Co., L.P.A. as an associate upon her graduation from law school in June 1999. Michelle was named as a partner in the law firm in September 2005.
Areas of Practice
Labor Relations, Employment Law, Workers' Compensation, Disability (Social Security, PERS, STRS, OP&F) and Personal Injury. Michelle also negotiates collective bargaining agreements and represents employees in arbitrations, civil service and other administrative proceedings.
